Welp, here it is, Release Day—I mean, that is if you read this on October 4th 😊.  Whatever day it may be, just know that it’s been a long road getting “The Godstone Decree” here—to this point—but it is a road I would travel a thousand times over.

I cannot tell you how much I have thoroughly enjoyed working on this novel, and when you dive into the world of Gods Adrift, you will see that joy translate to the page.

Of course, The Godstone Decree is a nobledark high fantasy adventure at heart and as such, joy is an emotion hard won. Instead, expect a tale of sacrifice and personal growth, love and loss, conflict and triumph. A story mired in conflicts greater than any one person, but one that can be felt at a personal level.

After all, it is my story … One I wrote using the inspirations around me—my daughters chief amongst them. In that raw expression of self, I bared my soul to the canvas of creativity and along the way I grew into something better than before. Like two old friends down a dirt road of past memories, “The Godstone Decree” and I helped each other along, and together we arrived here … stronger and more rounded.

I hope that you will come with me on this journey, and learn why, “We walk amongst the Shards of Ember with only deceit to blame.”

Thank you!!!
